  • The panelists are a diverse group with good representation of skilled persons from the various sectors and non-industry independent experts. This will ensure a thorough understanding of the intricacies of a particular case.
  • A panelist who may be conflicted in a particular matter must declare the conflict of interest.
  • The panelist – MCA relationship has been formalized by an agreement and indemnity insurance has been sought for this role.
  • The panelist pool comprises representatives from the following associations: IPASA, SMASA, PHARMISA, SAAHA, SALDA, SAMED, INDEPENDENT SECTOR AND CO-OPTED.
  • Trade associations and the MCA office (Executive Officer and Executive Assistant & Website Administrator) are independent of all hearings and our responsibility is in processes, ensuring that the MCA Constitution and Code are adhered to.
