8. Refund policy
No refunds will be paid. Please ensure that you read all the materials related to the course, as well as the requirements, prior to
subscribing for the course to ensure that the course is right for you. The no-refund rule applies irrespective of the stage at which you
leave the course, if you decide not to complete it. The fees cover the course being brought to you and the costs of assessment, and not
whether you have completed it (successfully or otherwise), or not. Second-time subscribers to the course and its assessment do not get a discount.
9.1 These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
9.2 These terms and conditions are severable, in that if any provision is determined to be illegal or unenforceable by any court of competent
jurisdiction, then such provision shall be deemed to have been deleted without affecting the remaining provisions of the terms and conditions.
9.3 Our failure to exercise any particular rights or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision,
unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.
